BOOK EDITING AND MANUSCRIPT EVALUATION

Output: A 5-6 page evaluation report
Goal: A finished manuscript version, with in-line edits and comments so that you can improve or deepen your plot, structure your story better, and produce the highest quality of work.
Output: Your manuscript will contain in-line comments, edits with track changes enabled and specific suggestions on how to improve plot, structure of paragraphs, characters, scenes, transitions, dialogue, and overall narrative flow.
A line edit focuses on the building blocks of your book: Sentences.
Goal: A manuscript in which your writing is concise, coherent, flows effortlessly, and is flawless. We will go through each line of your book to make sure you are conveying your thoughts in the best way you can.
Output: The goal is to ensure your writing flows, is concise, coherent, and is pleasurable to read.
After you have finalized your book’s structure, language and content, a copyedit will ensure your manuscript is 100% error free by focusing on grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
Goal: A high-quality, finished piece that is ready to be published.
Output: Your manuscript will have edits with enabled track changes, along with inline comments on any other issues noticed by the editor.
